Controller was shipped fast, arrived undamaged, and packaged well. I find the feel of the controller to be mid at first, took some time to break for me. The plastic can feel hard and unforgiving at first but once I got used to it, it's good. The buttons and joysticks are amazing and responsive.
The purple controller is a slightly deeper/darker color than in the picture. It's a very appealing color.
